All advertising is subject to publisher's approval. The publisher reserves the right to accept or reject any advertising. Customers and their agencies are responsible for all content (including text representation and illustration) of advertisements printed and are liable for any resulting claims against the publisher. The publisher assumes no responsibility if, for any reason, it becomes necessary to omit an advertisement.

Contracts and Discounts

No advertisement will be published without the signing of a written contract. Please click here to download a copy of the advertising contract.

Unique Images may offer discounts to customers based on volume and frequency of purchase. Discounts are subject to availability of space. All discounts will apply to future advertisements.

Payment Terms

For first-time customers and customers outside the United States and Canada, full payment is due at the time reservations are made. For repeat customers within the United States and Canada, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Payment is due in full after proofing and before any advertisement is published. No advertisement will be published until full payment is received.

Electronic Submission

PDF is the preferred format for all advertisements. Ariel and Times New Roman are the preferred fonts. Customers who require the use of exotic fonts in their advertisement must provide such fonts. Please call or e-mail for instructions on fonts.

Mechanical Specifications

Ads are placed according to the mechanical production requirements for each issue of the magazine. Requests for special positioning of ads in the same issues will be accepted for a surcharge of 30% of the earned rate for each of the advertisements involved, subject to mechanical production requirements.

Copyright

Advertisements submitted to Unique Images will not be returned to the customer whether or not the advertisement is published. Advertisements published in Unique Images Magazine are subject to copyright restrictions and cannot be used elsewhere without the written consent of the publisher of Unique Images.
